Most people are under the misconception that Reiki is only a healing modality, when in fact, Reiki’s founder Mikao Usui saw it as a path to enlightenment too!
Reiki 1 focuses on your own spiritual connection and growth. The pre and post class work focuses on developing deep connections to your soul, Source energy and enhances your innate psychic skills. The course work over the Reiki 1 weekend is all about deepening your spiritual development and after the Sacred Attunement, you can give Reiki to yourself, and you also learn how to heal others with Reiki. Including plants, animals, food and more. You will also learn how to place your hands for reiki as well as how to follow your intuition as you tap into your psychic abilities.
Reiki 2 is a deepening of the skills learnt in Reiki 1. We delve deeper into the spiritual realm, with the Attunements now enhancing the Reiki energy using various symbols. These 3 unique Japanese healing symbols generate their own unique energetic imprint which directly links to specific Reiki frequencies for enhanced healing.
Basically - Reiki 2 is a power up! After completing the course you will be certified to work as a practitioner and create your own practice! If you already work in energy medicine, Reiki is a perfect accompaniment.
